"This new website is a great way for me to pay tribute to Michael Clark, who taught in London, Leicestershire and Worcestershire, finally as head at Tenbury High School. Easily the best teacher I ever had, he cared incredibly deeply about every kid he ever taught. At his leaving do the ex-pupils queued around the block, just to say thanks. He died too soon at 54. A great bloke, a great laugh, a great teacher. Oh, and he was my old man too."

"I’m using the Great Teachers Remembered website to pay tribute to Mrs Alison, my primary teacher. I will never forget when she graded my elephant picture with 5 gold stars. I was so proud that I sent it to 'Take Hart' and it was shown on TV.
Mrs Alison was a lovely lady and she really helped me when my parents split up - all children flourished when Mrs Alison was around. This is a wonderful way to remember her."
